I'm actually alone for the time being.  There's something relaxing about knowing you're all alone.  I can't decide if I should get something done or bask in the stillness.

Avocado as fruit

Gosh. This was really hard for me. I couldn't get the hole right at all and then the paper started pilling be a use I was overworking it.
Took a picture and decided I wasn't done and went back and added a little  more here and there and I'm glad I did.  I gave up the back one as a loss and went on to try and enhance the front one.  I'm glad I did.
I'm always always surprised when I watch a video and when I think they're done they add just a little more and the whole painting is enhanced.  well, mine did a little.

My first No Spend substitute

I found a recipe that is similar to the Ozery rolls.   I put the nuts and dried fruit that I had laying around here and they turned out just about perfect.  I will save this recipe.

Happy New Year and a cuppa

I picked a really hard teacup for my morning cup that turned into an afternoon cup.  It was fun to do but frustrating with the shadow bits.  I also notice I didn't have all my lights on so the photo is a little dark.
I can't wait to get done with this lousy paper.
